JumpandReach Open 2021 – A golf tournament of values

As usual, the traditional JumpandReach Open took place at the Seefeld Reith Golf Club with fantastic weather. The focus of the unique tournament was on shared values and a good cause.

For the seventh time like-minded people came together for the JumpandReach Open. The field of participants was composed of all age groups. JumpandReach founder and Open initiator Patrick Murnig, Johannes Lamparter, Claus Meinert, Robert Frießer, etc. were among others. In a communal atmosphere, the focus was on having fun and showing values such as respect, friendship and passion. During a round of golf, it was possible to get to know each other and to interact in an informal way.

In addition to the unforgettable time, the teams also had the possibility to win something at nine well-decorated holes. By skillfully overcoming the bunkers, putts and drives, there were selected prizes and culinary delicacies to take home from the Kronen Zeitung-, Bio vom Berg-, Olympiaregion Seefeld-, Casino-, Recheis-, Body & Soul-, Red Bull- and JumpandReach Spirit hole. For the first time, a bottle of wine could be won as an individual price at the “nearest to the bottle” challenge. The JumpandReach Open 2021 were concluded with the award ceremony and the drawing of the raffle as well as a communal conclusion on the terrace.

As in previous years, the entry fee for this special golf tournament goes to the JumpandReach funding initiative and thus directly and entirely to the benefit of young Austrian athletes.

Patrick Murnig: “The weather and conditions were fantastic, the participants were in a good mood and the atmosphere was informal and funny. This day was once again one according to our philosophy. This special community with its spirit was the focus of this tournament and the cool, colourful field of participants is an absolute hit, both when it comes to dealing with important values and with the golf club. If we can do something together for the next generation of athletes and get the kids moving, that’s exactly the meaning and purpose of this special day of golf.”
