Michl & Kraftl attack at skiflying worldchampionships in Oberstdorf

The Olympic season is already ongoing and the good friends Michi Hayböck and Stefan Kraft both work hard to get back in track and be with the best ski jumpers of the world. At the moment, it is still hard to say where the “sporty journey” goes.

After ski flying at the legendary Kulm, ski flying world championships in Oberstdorf are in the calendars for the upcoming weekend.

At the “Heini-Klopfer-Skiflying-hill” Michl & Kraftl will fight and try to make it as hard for the opposition as possible. Skiflying-days were quite rare in this season so far – as second day skiflying at Kulm had to be cancelled due to very strong wind. Never the less day one of Kulm skiflying whet appetite for more. Stefan Kraft was on 9th place as second best Austrian, colleague Michi Hayböck was on 12th.

The opposition, especially Norges and the Slovenian team already showed some great jumps on Kulm and seem to be more than ready for the upcoming weekend. So the big favourites are others but it is for sure no longer a secret that skiflying and especially skiflying world championships write their own stories and rules…
